Rundll32.exe Application Error

I paid MSoft $35 and talked on the phone with technical support to try and fix this problem..

Needless to say they had no clue, I found that it's something associated with IExplorer, but can
get IE to reinstall, because it says that a newer version is already there...

I can't get it to uninstall,,,, and, I'm going crazy, spent about 40 hours on this problem so far..

Any suggestions???

Doesn't seem fair to pay for help when you don't get any that "helps"

Reminds me of the time my friend went to a mechanic to get his car fixed.
After about $600 and a bunch of new parts he didn't need, he still had
the same problem.
