what does this mean: "Error Loading EGCOMLIB_1034.dll
the specified module could not be found"
 
Hi Brendan,

It means that a program being loaded on the system made a call for that .dll
file and it doesn't exist or is damaged and is unreadable. It also means
that you are or were infected with a dialler program, this is why:

Essentially, you need to finish the cleanup instructions in that article to
remove the reference to it. Your AV software likely did half the job, the
rest you get to do manually.

AV=antivirus

The software did half the job. It identified and removed an infecting agent,
but it did it a) after you were infected (so much for prevention) and b)
only removed the file and not the references to it in the registry.

i deleted that file and the mesage still appears.
