i m using Windows XP server pack 2.......and while running SFC in command
prompt it ask for win xp cd which i do not have.....so is there any other way
to solve that problem?

INETCPL.CPL version 7.0 that ships with Internet Explorer 7 has does have an entrypoint named ClearMyTracksByProcessW. It's possible that you have an older version of the file, or the module is corrupt. Open C:\Windows\System32, right-click INETCPL.CPL and choose Properties. Note down the version number.

You've screwed around with your computer so much, I doubt anything short
of a clean install will help you now. Internet Explorer is part of the
Windows operating system, so when Internet Explorer is broken, so is
Windows. Firefox will get you to the internet but it won't fix your copy
of Windows. Neither will blaming "bugs" for your own lack of knowledge.

The overwhelming number of complaints posted here concerning IE 8 are
caused because:

* the user installed incompatible third-party add-ons;
* the user made incorrect configuration settings;
* the user's computer is infected by malware; and/or
* the user did not follow sound installation procedures.

all of which are avoidable by preparing in advance and doing simple
research on the web. That's why most installations of IE 8 are
trouble-free. This is something /anybody/ can do...no geek credentials
required.

Two things for you:

1. Before you make changes to your computer, /prepare/ by doing
research, just as you would before repairing your faucet or trying a new
recipe. Everything you need to know to install, repair and use IE 8 is
right there on the web.
2- Get into the habit of backing up regularly, and always backup before
making major changes to your computer. That way, if an install or change
goes bust, you're back in business within minutes like nothing happened.

You neglected these two simple steps. And now, you're screwed. Rather
than take responsibility, you're looking for someone else to blame.

CPL is Control Panel and INETCPL.CPL is IE\Properties in Control Panel. You have
played around without knowing what the consequences will be. Now you found out.

What is wrong with the below picture

"UNINSTALLED ALL of it! So I went to MS got a copy of IE7"

You screwed up by not following the instructions on how to remove IE8 as per
instructions and revert back to the previous version of IE.

Bet you did not follow the following which you should have
