RUNDLL Exception

When I open internet explorer 6 a box opens up with the
Header

RUNDLL
An exception occured while trying to
run "C:\Windows\system32\btiein,dll,download

I have windows xp and all the current updates I have
tried system restore, this will work for a few days then
it appears again I have run norton anti virus thinking it
was a virus but with no luck

You computer is backing itself up every couple of days
which is installing a bad file back onto your system after
you fixed it. After you re-install that file in what-ever
method you use, "back-up system configuration" after you
re-install the good file.
