Use another (reliable) computer to download the WinXP drivers for your
hardware and store the drivers on a CD. Now you perform a clean-install of
WinXP using a NEW blank compatible IDE hard disk. Later, you update Windows
XP with the drivers to make your hardware function properly. That will fix
it.

or try technet at microsoft.com,type:dll error You should get directed
to the online dll error utility for diagnosing the problem.
Or go to run,type:cmd At the curser type:Sfc /Scannow
Install the xp cd when the graph starts.This is xp System File Protection utility.
