Rundell error

The following Rundell Error appears in my XP control
panel:"Errorloading C:\Windows|System32\cd_clint.dll"
specified module cannot be found." This error message
prohibits me from removing a program imported from the
Internet. Can anyone tell me how to correct this error
and remove the program?

Download Anti-spyware tools.

1. Ad-aware:

Download and install Ad-Aware from any of the URLs given below:

To erase the spyware programs from loading from your system, download and
install a third party utility called Ad-aware from any of the URLs given
below:

Install the downloaded program and update the program and then run it to
