I was wondering is there a way to set up a program or shortcut to always
pop up the RunAs dialog? I am running as a Power User, but for several
compilers I run, they fail to compile properly unless I am running as
administrator. Or if anyone knows of another solution to this problem
that would be great also. I really hate having to switch to my
administrator account just to compile a program.

There is a way, I'm sure. I usually just right-click and choose RunAs. But to get a better answer, you should ask your question in a newsgroup about Windows (this one is about Access, the database product).
