RunApp

Try using the RunApp and include the program executable
with the filename. Don't forget the quotes. Watch out for
word wrap.

"application" "filename"

Example

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\WINWORD.EXE"
"c:\my documents\test.doc"
