Run command, Search and Help and Support on start menu

Right click on the task bar, click PROPERTIES, then click START MENU tab. Look
for the CUSTOMIZE button next to the start menu preference. Click on the
ADVANCED tab and in the start menu options box look for the check boxes labelled
RUN COMMAND, HELP AND SUPPORT and SEARCH and check the boxes, click OK.

If that's not the problem, continue on ....

Run Command - Restore

When you click Start, Run and enter a path and folder name (example:
C:\Windows), you may receive and error message.
