Run Time Errors

I keep getting "Run Time Error" Debug Yes or No? messages, what do I do?
 
IE tools menu>internet options>advanced tab> put a check mark by "disable script
debugging" and uncheck "display a notification about every script error"
 
Thanks MJ, I did what you said, I put a check mark "disable script debugging" and "display a notification about every script error" was already unchecked. Maybe this will take care of my problem. Thanks again.
