when opening web pages, experiencing run time errors.

When asked if i want to debug i say yes, bit nothing

Hi, Harry.

That's likely the code on the web page itself; not your browser or operating
system. Don't worry about it.

These notifications are about errors in the HTML of the website you are
trying to view. Unless you are the author of that page, the notification
and debugging info is useless to you. To turn this off:

Use Internet Options> Advanced.
Place a check next to "Disable script debugging."
Remove the check next to "Display a notification about every script error."
Click OK.
Close all open Internet Explorer windows so that the changes can take
effect.
