run time error

look everytime i go to my internet exploror.. and go to
other webpages looking around or try make a webpages for
my self i cann't because i keep get a run time error
that stop me.. or it shut down my internet explorer..
and have try down load the new brow and that didn't
work ... i am run window xp home 1.. so if send
something fix this please send to (e-mail address removed)...
i think my software for xph1 is going bad ... so
please help...
