Run Time Error

I try to load pages and it come up with a run time error
asking me if I want to debug. What do I do to stop that. I
have uninstalled and installed twice now.

Those script errors are caused by the design error of the web page itself.
IE cannot process the script coding and therefore display a script error,
you can ignore most of these errors because you can do nothing about it. If
you want to disable this debugging prompt, go to the Advanced section under
IE's Internet Options to select the "Disable script debugging" and uncheck
the "Display a notification about every script error" options.
