Run Time Error while using IE 6.0

Just recently I began getting a Runtime Error notification when I navigte to
many sites. What's this all about? It asks if I want to debug. When I say
yes, it loads another program and no instructions as to what to do. Why did
this start all of a sudden?

Internet Options
Advanced
Browsing .. Disable script debugging. Make sure that box is ticked

That should help.
