Run time error on web pages

If I remove Java it works OK. As soon as I put Java back on, the run time error comes up after I have been to the page once. If I clean out temp and cookies the page will work fine the first time I go back to it (even with Java installed) but if I don't clean them out it comes back up with the run-time error.
 
Post the exact runtime error message.
