Run time Error message

Most of the time when I surf the net I receive following
message for each page I open

Run time Error has occured. Do you wish to debug?
Line: 1
Invalid Character

Pls let me know how to remove it.

Control Panel | Internet Options | Advanced tab

In the Browsing section - put a check in
"Disable script debugging"

Click Apply and OK at the bottom
