Run-time error '91' Object variable or with block variable not set

Happy New Year everyone. I am having an issue and need your help. I am computer illiterate so explain to me like you would explain to a 10 year old. I am trying to open a program on my system that I have been using for the past year everyday. Last week, the program was put on a server. I have not had a problem accessing it until today. When I try to open the program I get the above message. I am not sure if it is due to the server and if so, what do I do to resolve it or if it is due to something else. I am desperate to get back on the program. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Hi, Nicole.

If I were trying to help a 10-year-old, one of my first questions would be,
"Which program"?

Then I'd probably have to turn it over to somebody else because I know
nothing of servers.
