! RUN TIME ERROR 401

I originally tried a software package called "SPY HUNTER." I wasn't happy with it and tried to delete it using Microsofts utily to add/remove software. I obviously didn't delete it all as evertime I power on my pc I get "! RUN TIME ERROR 401", can't show non-model form when model form is displayed followed by: SPYHUNTER, Sorry your definations file is corrupt or missing we will down load a new one. I X out of both both messages and SPYHUNTER returns to my toolbar which I close

When I try to delete what is left of SPYHUNTER I get a message "Install Log File not found and IUN 6002 "File name is not there, cannot load language file

Is there a way I can get rid of the remainderof this program
