run-time error 2147417848

Folks,
For the past several weeks I have been struggling to resolve a run-time error in Excel:
"Run-time error '-2147417848 (80010108)
Method 'ListFillRange' of object 'IMdcList' failed"
The error appears when I try to load the Analysis ToolPak in my workbook. I'm using Win 7 and Office 2010 Professional. The workbook is the zip file and the two jpg files are the error code and the error message.
