Hi,I have a database created in MS Access 2003, I also have Microsoft
Visual Studio. Now i need to add Run Time with my database so it can be
installed on machines not runing MS Access 2003. Can someone plase tell
me how step by step I can accomplish that? Perhaps someone can guide me
to a URL. I'd highly apprecaite it.

Sorry, but Visual Studio probably isn't what you want: you want Visual
Studio Tools for Office.

You need to purchase the following in order to create an Access 2003 runtime
application:

- Microsoft Access 2003
- Visual Studio Tools for Office 2005 (which includes the Access 2003
Developer Extensions)

The ADE is the product that gives you the license to deploy the 2003 runtime
components and you have to have Access 2003 installed in order to install
the ADE.

See http://msdn.microsoft.com/office/understanding/vsto/default.aspx for
more details, or

Thank Doug, however when i click on ABOUT MS VISUAL STUDIO< it tells me
that "S Visual Studio Tools for Office" is installed :(
Is this different than what you have suggested? please advise.

Regards.

Sorry, I don't know. You're best off following the links I gave earlier to
see whether you can get them to work on your machine.

If not, there are a couple of newsgroups related specifically to runtime:
microsoft.public.access.developers.toolkitode and
microsoft.public.access.devtoolkits

Thank you Doug, will try the links you provided. I am just too confused
at the moment, hopefully these links can help.

Regards.
