Run Outlook Minimized in Sym Tray

OUtlook used to start automatically when I started windows and the icon was
in the symtray so I could click on to open for mail. It constantly received
mail automatically. I lost my HD and had to reinstall. I got it to open
automatically by putting it in my startup programs but I can't get it to go
back down the the symtray when I minimize it. It always goes to the task bar.
