Run Msi with no administrator account

Hi,

I used NT administrator account to run a msi file for installing an application. I'd like to know if there is a way to run msi with any regular accounts as the administrator right?

Why not ask this question in one of the Windows groups or the Microsoft
Installer group? For example,
