RUN DLL Error after SPY Update

A couple of month or so ago I updated the MS ANTISPYWARE
BETA Version and ran SCAN. During this process I was
asked to reboot.
Adfter rebooting the following message appeared.
"Error Loading D0CEC16B1.:
:The specific module could not be found" The title of
the msgbox is RUNDLL.

Has anybody seen this before and know of a simple
resolution?

My Antispyware routinely deletes all sorts of dll fies.
I then have problems with several programs and have to
reinstall them (so far all games). My solution is about
to be removal of the Antispyware program. We're planning
on doing this where I work because it's conflicting with
so many programs.
