Run As... Disappeared!

At work sometimes we have to run a program as an
administrator from another user account.

In the recent past (within a week) the run as option has
disappeared from the menu when you right click a program's
icon.

We're wondering where it went and how to get it back. The
past week two new programs were installed, iTunes for
Windows and Norton System Works Professional 2003. There
may also have been some Windows Updates.

Anyhow, how can I make this menu item show up again?

Norton System Works is the culprit. I had the same thing happen to
me. I forgot how I fixed it but I know that I did a search on Google
and found the fix.
