Run as command

Hi

Should I be able to run Explorer via the runas shortcut? If yes why can't
I - the computer just hangs no error messages
 
I believe that if you go into your WINNT folder and run "explorer.exe" it
will work. HTH.

As quoted from the following:

run the Explorer shell in an administrative security context,"... use taskmgr to
End Process on explorer.exe, and then start Explorer using: runas
/user:machine/domain name\administrator explorer.exe"
