I installed "Office Student & Teacher" while I was logged
in as ADMINISTRATOR. Later I found I needed to setup a
logon with a password in order to use the task scheduler
so I added a USER with administrator privileges. Why can
I use Microsoft Office only when I am logged in as
administrator and not as a user with admimistrator
privlidges? I am the only person whose uses this computer
and would like to use it however I am logged in. Do I
have to log-out of the USER and use the ADMINISTRATOR
each time I use Office. I know I have three licenses but
I do not want them all on one computer. What can I do?

Most applications weren't designed for this type of multi-user environment.
Such applications need to be installed in each specific user's account to
whom you wish to grant access.

First, be sure the account to which you wish to grant access is set to
administrator and not limited. Install the applications to the same folder
in which it was originally installed. This will look the same as one
install on your hard drive but create the pointers necessary for this user
to have access to the application.

Once the installation is complete, you can return the account to its limited
status if that is what you want and the user should still have access.
