I have 10 email filters (Rules) that are each stuffed full
of criteria. They stopped working reliably. Usually, they
don't run. Now, even if I go in manually and tell them all
to run, they don't.
I suspect the problem is related to either the size of my
rules or the number of entires. Outlook has an extremely
tiny amount of allowed size for things like Junk Senders,
Adult Content, and Rules.

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 241325 says:
This 32 KB-limit equates to about 40 rules. Since I have
only 10 rules, the problem must be that they are over-
stuffed. Spam has abandoned America and is now coming in
from every country on Earth. I block a lot by country DNS.
Does anyone know if/how you can raise the limit from 32K?
