Rules won't run

Hello,

I have been using Outlook for some time with Rules. Today, my rules stopped
working. However, if I go into the Rules Wizard, I can run the rules
manually and it works. Did I accidentally turn something off?

Any help with this would be appreciated.
 
Ditto. Mine quit about 3 weeks ago. If I run them manually they work fine,
but they refuse to run automatically when I check mail. So far I can't find
a reason.
 
I'm having a similar problem, with a twist. My rules run
only if I open up the Rules Wizard. I don't have to
select a rule and run it manually, it just happens after I
open the dialog. This started happening in the last week
or so.

I have not been able to find any settings that I've
changed to cause this, or anything that looks remotely
like a control option over how and when rules are executed.
