If an employee has an "alias" e-mail in addition to her
own (for example (e-mail address removed)), how can I get all
e-mails addressed to webmaster to be automatically placed
into another folder when they arrive other than InBox. I
have looked at all of the Rules and none of them seem to
be exactly what I am looking for. Thanks!

Try what "Roady" said in an other reply...It looks like what you may need

Go to: View-> Current View-> Customize Current View-> Filter [button

Hope this helps.

Thank you - but that doesn't tell me how to have them go
into another folder other than InBox.

Maggie,

I think you are looking to have Outlook take all messages
that arrive for the webmaster account and move them into
another folder. I've created subfolders within my inbox
for my 3 separate email accounts. Once the folder is set
up, here's the steps in Rules Wizard to set up the rules
to "sort" my inbox

1. Select "Start from a Blank Rule"
2. Select "Check messages when they arrive"
3. Select "through the specified account" (3rd checkbox)
4. In the lower pane of the window, click on "Specified
account" and select the account you want sorted
5. Select "move it to the specified folder" (1st checkbox)
6. In the lower pane of the window, click on "Specified
foler" and select the folder you want the message moved
to after it arrives in the inbox
7. The next step allows you to establish any other
conditions (I didn't select any)
8. At that point you can Run the rule now or just Finish

Hope this helps - good luck!
