N neo [mvp outlook] Aug 24, 2003 #2 are you accidently starting outlook in safe mode? (some people will create a shortcut on their desktop with outlook.exe /safe and forget about it. safe mode will prohibit addins from starting and the rules wizard is considered an addin.)
