rules wizard does not work when using pst file on another computer

I have a laptop and use the outlook.pst file from my
desktop when ever I go to a meeting. I copy and paste the
outlook pst file from my desktop computer to my laptop
over my network. Everything works fine except for the
Rules Wizard. It imports the rules but forgets
which 'specified folder' it should go in. so when I
receive emails i get a 'rules' error each time and have
to re-setup all of my rules which is about 60 or so.

Any ideas?
