Rules plugin?

Does anyone know of a great 3rd party plugin for Outlook
that will handle RULES. We have a terrible time with our
Rules and setting up the correct ones.

Please send any ideas. Thank you.
 
Hello Rob, what version of Outlook are you running and what type of problems
