Thanks in advance for your help...

I have to have a list of those i want to be exempt from
Spam/Dirty Email Rules created in OL2002 (White List). I
don't want an OL2002 Rule to delete an email from someone
just because they happen to use a word or phrase in their
email that I set up to be deleted as Junk/Spam. THERE
ARE PEOPLE I WANT TO GET ALL THEIR EMAIL IRREGARDLESS OF
THEIR CONTENT.)

Currently I set up OL2002 Rules so that everyone i want
to make sure i get their email, irregardless of whether
they use words & phrases set up as a rule to be deleted,
is to use the "except if sender is in specified Address
Book" switch when setting up a rule for Spam/dirty mail.

IS THERE A BETTER WAY? (I can't tell if it's working, due
to the volume of email I get, not enough time to
scrutinize every email to each of the 10 Email Accounts I
have, etc, so I have to rely on your expertise.)

PLEASE HELP, even if you send me an email telling me I am
not using this service properly or being to lengthy in my
questions, etc. I HAVE TO HAVE AN ANSWER SO I HOPE YOU
WILL HELP ME.

The only better way I know of is to get yourself a good spam handling
program, like Mailwasher or I Hate Spam. The junk mail rules in Outlook
2002 and earlier simply aren't robust enough to handle all the stuff
that comes through nowadays. Or, if you are able to upgrade to Outlook
2003 when it is released in a few weeks, you'll find that the spam
handling is much improved.
