The following article was written for Outlook 98 but it still applies to 2003. 236089 OL98: (CW) Error Message "There is not enough space on the Microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/?id=236089 So, if you are hitting a rule limit, I suggest you try to consolidate multiple rules into a single rule. This will take up less space overall. Hope this helps.
