Rules: How do I "Apply rule when a message is read"?

Here's what I want:

I want new messages to stay in my inbox until I read them (or for a
few days, say, 5), and then, I want them moved into the appropriate
folder.

So, I want to have some rules just move messages when they arrive, but
I want others to wait a while, so that I have a chance to see messages
before they are moved.

Any ideas how I can do this?

This isn't possible by rules. You must look into VBA sulutions in order to
make this possible. There is a microsoft.public.outlook.program_vba
newsgroup that perhaps can help you on your way.
