Rules for SENT email

I want to create a rule for SENT email that moves the email to a folder. I
do not want to move a COPY of the email (I already have to much email, that
is why I want to sort my SENT email!) This would be based on the content of
the body (is there a way to do this is I have 2 sentences I want to use as a
trigger, using AND, not OR?- example, if I was not able to reach somebody
via phone, I add the sentence "Sorry I missed you" and then another sentence
in the body)

How can I do this?

On the toolbar, click Tools, followed by OPtions. Under
the Preferences tab, click Email Options and then click
Advanced Email Options. You will find a tickbox
labelled "In Folders other than Inbox, save replies with
original message"
