In Outlook 2003 I have a lot of folders in my mailbox and a lot of rules, that sorts incoming mail by categories, senders etc. - however, I can't figure out, how to make rules that move my sent items to the appropriate folder, eg. to move a mail sent to 'Myself' to the folder 'Conversations With Myself' where I want to keep this correspondance together. It has been possible before, is it a feature removed from 2003 or am I just stupid?

You can use a rule to copy the message to another folder, but not move it.
Either don't worry about the duplicate, archive the Sent Items folder
aggressively, or turn off the default saving to Sent Items completely and
use rules to determine the folder for all sent messages.
