Hi,
I am using Outlook 2007. Currently I have some rules setup to copy mails to a storage folder if they are from certain Groups. I am having a couple of problems:
1. Some emails are being copied to the storage folder even though they are not from the specified group but are from a Member of one of the groups. How do I prevent this from happening, other than adding an exception for every member of these rather large groups?
2. The above behaviour is not repeatable if I move the incorrectly copied email back to the Inbox and then run the rules manually on the inbox. Why would that be?
