Rules errors

I have a set of rules but intermittingly keep getting the message
Rules error - cannot COPY to ZZZZ Folder (ZZZZ is one of a number of folders

This also turns the rule of

Tried deleting the rule and recreating it? How many items are in the
destination folder?
 
Yes - have recreated some (not all) - doesn't seem to hel

The number of messages in a folder is minimal (15, 20, 25 maybe at most
