Hello,

For some time and it without visible reason, the rules which I have create
to sort out the entering e-mail not executed more automatically as they made
it for every check of e-mails.

Regards.

do they ever work automatically? Are they unchecked in tools, rules &
alerts?

which version of outlook?
what type of email acct?

Above all worked well. No change in the configuration.
And the rules are checked.

I use Outlook 2003.
The problem it's for all mail.

I have pop3 and exchange mailbox (not IMAP, not stocked on the
server).

Are these server-side or client-side rules? Look at the rules to see
which they are. For example, any rule with "mark as read" becomes a
client-side rule because it only becomes read when delivered to the
client (it is marked as read within the e-mail program at the client
end). See what happens if you make all your rules as server-side
rules. That would isolate whether the problem is with rules executed
at the client (Outlook) or at the server (Exchange).

server side rules

Hi,

I recently had this same issue and i had to enable the "allow automatic forwarding" on the Exchange server to get the outlook rules to work, which is under the message format section of the hub transport default remote domain of an exchange 2007 server, maybe under the message format of global under exchange 2003 message format??
