Rules and whole words

Am trying to make a rule in Outlook 2007 that will copy a message to a
particular folder when a particular word is in the subject. It insists on
including parts of words as well. I have tried putting spaces before and
after the word in the rule, but it still doesn't work (my word is " OTI " ...
Outlook still moves messages with "notion" or whatever in the subject into
the specified folder).

Any other suggestions besides the space-before-and-after trick?

that trick used to work... exceptions would work if there aren't many words
it catching.
