Rules and ALert question please!

I am using Rules and Alerts in Outlook 2003 and need help in setting up the
following:
email coming in addressed to me, has nothing in the body and nothing in the
subject but does have an attachment which reads publication.pdf or
notice.pdf - that is all the information that is given.
How do I set this up so that these emails are deleted as junk or spam? I do
have one rule with just .pdf which works with others but not with these..
