I am using Outlook 2003. I have created a rule for email received through
yahoogroups. Example: If member A sent an email to a
(e-mail address removed), I move that email from Inbox to Member A folder.
It is the seame as for Member B, Member C etc.
I used the rule: email receive from people or distribution list" <member A
email address> and sent to people or distribution list"
<[email protected]> and "move it to the specified folder" <memberA>
This rule always worked properly for the last 6 months, until recently yahoo
changed the description in the "From" box, like this:
(e-mail address removed) on behalf of memberA@emailaddress.
The rule does not work anymore, since it cannot recognise member A anymore.
Any idea to fix it? Thanks.
 
Try changing the text of the rule to say "with <member A email address> in
the sender's address" and see if that helps.
