rule to add to address book

I have outlook 2003
can I setup a rule that when an email comes in with certain words in the
subject, the send of the email gets added to a distribution list in my
address book?

senders or recipients as new contacts automatically, depending on your
version and configuration of Outlook. I don't know whether any of those
methods can also populate distribution lists.
