Rule: don't move message if sender in ANY of my address book folde

I wrote a rule to move all messages to a "Who's This?" folder unless the
sender is in my Contacts folder. But within my "Contacts" folder, I have a
subfolder. The rule wizard lets me choose either my main Contacts folder, or
the subfolder, but not both. Is there a workaround?

What I'm actually trying to accomplish is to Whitelist my newsletter
subscriptions. If I add them to my address book, the rule described above
works fine. But I don't want to clutter my main Contacts folder with "people"
like "(e-mail address removed)."

Any advice, either on a fix for my rule, or on how you handle this problem,
would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

Two rules.

Two rules won't work, because I want to move the message UNLESS the sender is
in EITHER of my address books. When I choose an "except" clause, I only get
one choice.

Three rules, then.

Apply this rule after the message arrives
sender is in "Address Book One"
and on this machine only
stop processing more rules

Apply this rule after the message arrives
sender is in "Address Book Two"
and on this machine only
stop processing more rules

Apply this rule after the message arrives
move it to "Who's This"

The first two rules will cause the message to remain in the Inbox if it is
in either the first contacts folder or the second conacts folder. The last
rule will move all remaining messages to the "Who's This" folder.
