Hi, yesterday I was organizing my program disks and one fell on the floor
and when I reached over to get it I rolled over the darn thing with my chair
and smashed the darn thing. It was an expensive program as well (Nero Ultra
v6). I spent several hours searching the windows knowledge base and had no
luck finding anyway I might make a copy from my installed program. Do any
of you know or have any suggestions as to how I can salvage a copy. I'm
scared to death that if I mess around with my cpu I could lose it and have
no backup at all.
I tried Norton 2003 System Works "CleanSweep" backup program and it wouldn't
let me backup to d drive. Besides to restore it you had to use Cleansweep.
Any help would be appreciated.

Carey - please read the question properly before trotting out your
boilerplate! How is MS going to assist him with an Ahead application - or
has there been a takeover I'm not aware of?
