Man its a great CD. Its mainly Lennon/McCartney. Loads of songs that I have heard and loved, but completely forgotten about. Wonderful songwriters :D
 
That one comes a close second to Revolver as my favourite Beatles album.

There's some very barbed and twisted lyrics on Rubber Soul.
 
it is indeed, got an original 12" vinyl and CD off my friends dad for the grand total of £0 :D
 
I have the lot ... all mint ... still got the paper cutouts in Sgt Peppers. They'll be in my Will to someone ... may even be worth something.

Do you think John was right when he said The BeAtles were more popular than jesus?

It is an interesting proposition, and being a Statistics student, its one I'm thinking of looking into.

In order to find the mathmatical answer, please help be by answering these four(4) questions;

Yes I do, have all their albums apart from those early live releases. Prefer The Stones though :)

Ooh, dodgy ground here, no heated debates please.

For what it's worth, I believe a prophet named Jesus Christ existed but I don't believe he was the son of a God. And if what they wrote about him was true, then yes, I probably would have liked him, seemed like an ok guy.

I'm an agnostic which means prove it to me and I'll believe. Without proof I don't subscribe to the fairy story.

If I was around when he was and he drank in my local, it would be interesting to have him as a mate. yes.

As mentioned earlier, religion, politics, abortion, drugs and the colour of Newcastle United's New strip are delicate subjects.

Anybody gets heated or offensive and this thread's history.
