Where did you get the key from?

Hi,

Click "enter new...", then paste in your key again and click "next", not
"activate now". See if this helps.

Hi,

Ok, I've seen this happen when you install without the key and later enter
it and go to activate, and doing that (re-entering and going 'next' rather
than 'activate') resolves the issue. And you've only installed this on one
system (unlike the betas, the RTM key is only good for one installation)? If
so, then use the contacts at connect to resolve this.

As Colin says. And why in the world would you come here to solve a problem
you're having with something Paul Donnelly gave you if in fact that's your
source and not the TBT groups or the alias you have been given on Connect
repeatedly for this type problem?

It's like going to the dermatologist to get a thoracic surgery problem fixed
isn't it?

If you haven't tried this already:

Start, right click Computer, select Properties
click "Change Product Key"
paste in the Product Key from Connect
click Next

Then try to activate.

If you got this from Connect then try contacting support
