will this be the final version of vista?
also what does RTM mean and what is its difference to the retail version?
 
Might be "Release to Manufacturers"

No difference, retail build will be the same as the Release to Manufacturing
Build.

RTM is the build they send out to OEM's to develop their software install
routines with. This is the how we pre-install machines with the OS.
