I doubt that it ever will. Microsoft wants to keep certain features for
its non-free email program, Outlook.

Well that just stinks. Thanks for the info. I think I will go back to using
Outlook then, I am tired of all the problems with win. mail.

FWIW, RTF is only useful between Outlook clients. Virtually ALL other email
clients have problems with it, usually in the form of a WINMAIL.DAT
attachment that cannot be opened. Its usually much better to use either
HTML or Plain Text since most other email clients understand these two
formats.
